The service staff here are second to none! The ladies at the counter are so lovely, services are always done promptly and very thorough. I love how they even wash and vaccume the car!
Recently had to bring my Kluger in to get some wind shields repaired and had to cancel our initial appointment at the last minute due to the birth our of son. When rebooking, Deb was fantastic. She's booked us in for a specific day but was super flexible with the actual time of the appointment and said they would fit us in whenever bub and I made it out of the house that day. That sort of customer service is something a mum with a 2-week old baby doesn't forget. Thanks so much for your flexibility, it's really appreciated!
