To the Staff at Hertz Karratha, I received the most desusting customer services i have ever received, it come from the location manager her self an i dont think that little girl should be on front counter speaking the language to customers, so i canalised my booking with Hertz an went to Europcar fantastic customer services could not thank them enough, thank you Europcar.
Cannot reach them at all on the phone. Keeps telling you the number is disconnected!!! Very frustrating.
