These guys have absolutely no idea about any of their products - glorified storeman... my fault I should have done more research on the net and probably bought there to, was just trying to support local. Whole time during purchase we were using internet for all product information. Management haven't trained staff enough. Salesman also advised incorrect delivery time on items. Only use Harvey Norman as an emergency but don't expect much these guys are as smart as soup with a care factor of zero.
4,5 score, Great place to visit for electronic goods and other electric appliances. Enjoyed the spree yesterday at the sale.
