I am even hesitant in giving them one star. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. I am still waiting for the return of bond from a tenant who vacated in March. They lie to the tenant and to myself. I have not received a copy of the property report and apparently according to the tenant it was never completed. They do not return phone calls Alex is extremely unprofessional and I suggest anybody thinking about going with this company should re think and probably manage the property themselves.
Not answering phone or getting back to any emails. Maintenance requests from tenants not being relayed through to us until months later. Have been chasing up our bills and trying to organize payment ourselves.
Jess is very professional, knowledgeable and has a practical mind set. I would recommend Jess if selling or a buying a home because she is punctual, organised, trustworthy and a people person.
