Very good service by staff . Isles are a bit difficult to work through .
First time click and collect customer. As I didn't know the process I went inside to get the items. First spoke to Cass at the service desk who was very helpful. When she returned with my items two ladies (one young and brunette the other older and blonde) yelled at her in front of us. Very unprofessional. They also proceeded to complain about us to our faces.

Your staff in the deli section are excellent, their service was impeccable. Also the young man in the self serving area was really helpful with a genuine smile. Thank you from a older traveler.
